Stress greatly affects our health and we are experiencing greater stress today because of the state of our economy, it seems that everywhere we look there is negativity. One way to alleviate stress is by thinking in abundance because it makes us happy which in turn releases endorphins, the feel good hormones. We can change our world by concentrating on what we want in each of our lives.
During the Great Depression of the 1930’s, one-third of the population suffered, one-third was not affected at all and one-third got really rich. We can choose which of these categories we want to be in right now because we all have the personal power to change any type of circumstance by believing the best outcome will be achieved and not accepting any other reality. This allows us to take our personal power back and attract abundance into our lives because we stop giving our power away to other people or circumstances and we are only thinking about where we want to be. No one thinking in abundance ever lives in fear. We can attract everything we need or want by knowing and believing it will come into our lives. Instead of believing the dollar may collapse know that it is always strong. Instead of believing we need to control other countries believe all countries of the world live in peace. Instead of thinking you are in for a struggle believe you can attract abundance into your life. Does it hurt us to only think about good things? Or does it bring happiness and joy to our lives. Think in abundance and you will attract abundance in your life or think in lack and you will attract lack into your life, which do you choice, because you do have a choice.
Many of us do need to change our spending habits and be more responsible with our finances. Since we attract what we think about, in order to be more responsible we need to think we are responsible because then the actions that make this a reality will follow. What you think about makes your life. None of us absolutely know what the future holds so we can make new positive predictions about the solutions this country needs instead of doom and gloom. Yes, we do need to know what direction things are going because then we can concentrate on attracting the positive solutions for these issues, but we do not have to dwell on the bad. We can either think about what bad things might happen which will attract more bad or we can concentrate on good things coming into our lives and the world and attract the good things. Think about what you want in your life instead of what you do not want by just change your thoughts. When you are thinking about something bad just turn it into the opposite. For example: Instead of saying “I don’t have enough money to pay the bills” tell yourself “I always have money when I need or want it”. Try it for a month and see if your life improves.
My intention for you is to have great abundance in your life so you can live a happy, joyful, and peaceful life experience.
