By so declaring our president is allowing states to use their new infectious and contagious disease controls. Now I am not saying that our government officials will enforce any of these controls for this 2009 pandemic but I want all of you to be aware of the fact that they can enforce them if they want to because they are the law.
I live in Illinois and according to Illinois Public Act 93-0829 sponsored by then Illinois Senator Obama and signed into law in 2004 I can be ordered to take lab tests, vaccines, medications and other treatments and if I refuse I can be taken to a facility if they just think I have been exposed to swine flu for quarantine and possible isolation. This is in total violation of the U.S. Constitution. We as American Citizens have the right to self-isolation and self-quarantine if we so wish. To save you some time please start reading on page 4 of the
Public Act and read all the way thru page 8. Here is the

A question that came to my mind is could all the hype being touted by CDC, The World Health Organization and now the President of the United States about Swine Flu being dangerous and a pandemic create a pandemic all by itself? Just think about this, we have all been told that this dangerous virus is spreading rapidly through our population and the
symptoms according to the CDC are: fever, headache, extreme tiredness, dry-cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle aches and stomach symptoms. Have any of you ever had these symptoms and did you know exactly what type of illness you were experiencing or did you doctor just make an educated guess if you even went to him at all? And today when you get sick does it scare you to think you might have swine flu so you call your doctor or go to the emergency room when ordinarily you would just stay home and take care of yourself?
Could this be why there is a higher incidence of possible flu so early in the year? Because when it comes down to it in any given year there is no way to actually know how many people actually have the flu when many people who are sick never go to their doctors or the hospital. And I would say the theory that more people who become sick are going to their doctors or to hospitals because of all the attention swine flu is getting is probably an accurate theory because doctors and hospitals are being bombarded with patient visits this year.
When you do go to the doctor or hospital today and you have any of the above
symptoms according to the CDC and again by using an educated guess you are told you have swine flu, when no actual tests were performed, and you must be quarantined, what do you do then? You have children and a spouse and pets at home, who will take care of them?
Then there is the fact that they can force medications, vaccines, and other treatments on you against your will and if you refuse they can isolate you from others also against your will. Now again I am not saying they are doing this or going to do this during the 2009 swine flu epidemic. But the fact is they can do it if they want to do it. The laws are in place in Illinois and many other states. The time to change this is now before it is ever put into place. Please work with me to get these tyrannical laws changed. According to what I learned in my English class a double negative equals a positive. So we can reword part of the above sentence to read: The absence of laboratory confirmed cases in a county does not mean that the H1N1 2009 virus is present. Or another way to say the same thing is: The absence of laboratory confirmed cases in a county does mean that the H1N1 2009 virus is not present. Please correct me if I am wrong here. So how does President Obama even know H1N1 is a national emergency when there are no scientific studies done to back it up. This just goes to prove that according to many sources I have read in the past week the CDC suggested in July of this year that all testing for swine flu stop because it is a waste of resources.
According to this video a CBS Unplugged investigative report reveals the CDC told all states to stop testing for H1N1 because they have declared a pandemic and feel that most people who gets sick will have swine flu even though the symptoms of swine flu are very similar to colds, other flu’s and other viruses. In other words they no longer know who actually has the swine flu and who doesn’t so they are just categorizing every one as having swine flu.
And because they are not testing anyone they are still telling people to take the H1N1 vaccine just to be sure. This vaccine has been implicated in the past to cause Guillain-Barr Syndrome (
http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/gbs/gbs.htm) an auto-immune disease where people stop breathing and have to be put on a ventilator until they get better and others have also experienced neurological disorders after being vaccinated. Vaccines are also being implecated in many other auto-immune diseases.
If they do test you for swine flu (they don’t have to) the time it takes between taking the test and getting the results is 4 days so you can be quarantined for 4 days even if you are not sick. And if they decide you are sick, no matter how mild the symptoms, they can keep you until you are well and give you whatever treatments they want or isolate you according to the
Illinois Public Act.
What CBS revealed is the statistics are not as dire as the CDC and President Obama claim. According to CBS, “The results reveal a pattern that surprised a number of health care professionals we consulted. The vast majority of cases were negative for H1N1 as well as seasonal flu, despite the fact that many states were specifically testing patients deemed to be most likely to have H1N1 flu, based on symptoms and risk factors, such as travel to Mexico.”
“It’s unknown what patients who tested negative for flu were actually afflicted with since the illness was not otherwise determined. Health experts say it’s assumed the patients had some sort of cold or upper respiratory infection that is just not influenza.
With most cases diagnosed solely on symptoms and risk factors, the H1N1 flu epidemic may seem worse than it is. For example, on Sept. 22, this alarming headline came from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.: H1N1 flu can be deadly and an outbreak of 250 students would be an especially troubling cluster. However, the number of sick students came not from lab-confirmed tests but from "estimates" made by counting "students who went to the Student Health Center with flu symptoms, students who called the H1N1 hotline or the Health Center's doctor-on-call, and students who went to the hospital's emergency room."
Without lab testing, it's impossible to know how many of the students actually had H1N1 flu. But the statistical trend indicates it was likely much fewer than 250.
CDC continues to monitor flu in general and H1N1 through "sentinels," which basically act as spot-checks to detect trends around the nation. But at least one state, California, has found value in tracking H1N1 flu in greater detail.”
I have already contacted two Illinois Senators to look into this
Public Act. And you can contact your representatives in the government and tell them to change their laws to uphold the US Constitution. I personally want to think only good of our government representatives and say they felt they were doing the best for their constituents but there is the other side, maybe they do want to control us. I never want to find out the answer to that question and the only way we will know for sure is if they are willing to work with us and for us to change these new unconstitutional laws.
So please help me and many others working toward the same goal of freedom for all people in the United States of America. As U.S. Citizens we are granted under the US Constitution the freedom to decide what happens to each of us as long as we are not impinging on other peoples rights, I implore you to stand up for your freedoms before it is too late.

Tell them you want them to make sure when a health emergency is declared you have the right to refuse laboratory testing, vaccines, medications, and other treatments if you so desire and the right to self-quarantine and self-isolation.
